To participate in our referral program, you must:

• Comply with all applicable state and federal insurance regulations
• Provide accurate and complete information about your licensing status
• Act in accordance with professional insurance industry standards

4. Referral Process and Compensation

4.1 Non-Life Licensed Agents

• Receive referral fees paid directly by our agency
• No commission splitting arrangements
• Simple referral process with full case management provided
• Payment within 15 days of policy issuance and first premium payment

4.2 Life Licensed Agents

• Option 1 - Referral Partner: 40% referral fee paid directly by our agency
• Option 2 - Joint Application: 50% commission split paid directly by carrier
• Access to client portals and case tracking (Option 2 only)
• Must maintain active life insurance license and appointments

5. Professional Responsibilities

All participants must:

• Maintain current and valid insurance licenses
• Comply with all applicable insurance laws and regulations
• Act in the best interests of clients
• Provide accurate information about clients' insurance needs
• Maintain professional standards and ethics
• Not misrepresent the referral program or compensation structure

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Both parties agree to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
• Use client information solely for legitimate insurance purposes
• Comply with all privacy laws and regulations
• Not share client information with unauthorized third parties
• Secure all client data according to industry standards

Important: Client referral information will only be shared with licensed insurance carriers during the legitimate application and underwriting process.

7. Payment Terms

• Referral fees and commissions are paid only after policy issuance and first premium payment
• Payment processing occurs within 15 days of eligibility
• Compensation structure may vary based on insurance carrier and policy type
• All payments subject to carrier payment schedules and requirements
• Chargebacks may apply if policies lapse within the first policy year

8. Compliance and Licensing

Participants acknowledge that:

• They are responsible for maintaining appropriate licenses for their role
• Compensation structure varies based on licensing status
• Non-licensed agents may only receive referral fees, not commission splits
• All activities must comply with state insurance department regulations
• Violations of licensing requirements may result in program termination

9. Website Use and Intellectual Property

This website and its contents are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or participation in the referral program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of referral fees or commissions paid to you in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Either party may terminate participation in the referral program at any time with written notice. Termination does not affect:

• Rights to referral fees or commissions earned prior to termination
• Confidentiality obligations
• Ongoing responsibilities for referred clients

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
